RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - IRONBALE

📅 1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have a legal period of 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your wish to make a return, for whatever reason.

📦 2. The Golden Rule: The Indivisible Lot
Our items are sold as "Boxes" (lots). These lots are legally indivisible.

  • Partial returns (known as "cherry-picking") are strictly prohibited.
  • To be accepted, the return must include the entire Box, in its original carton and with all items.
  • The clothes must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them.

🚚 3. Return Costs and Logistics Return
Shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
It is expressly agreed that the initial shipping costs (including any geographic surcharge paid during the order in France, as well as shipping costs to the Europe Zone) are non-refundable.
Given the weight and specific nature of our Boxes, you cannot purchase the return postage yourself. IRONBALE takes care of generating and providing you with the secure return label.
The exact cost of this label (as well as any potential surcharge billed by the carrier, for example for a home pickup or a return from abroad) will be automatically and fully deducted from your final refund.
Exception: If the return is due to a proven error on our part (wrong box sent, logistical error), Ironbale will cover all shipping costs (both ways).

🛠️ 4. Return Procedure
Any return request must be reported in advance via our Contact Page.
Please specify your order number in your message.
Once your request is validated, we will send you the return label to affix to the carton as well as the drop-off instructions.
Packages returned without prior request via this form or with another label will not be processed.

💳 5. Refund Terms
Once the return is received and inspected by our team (verifying that the Box is complete and unworn) :
The final refunded amount will correspond to the price of the items, after strict deduction of all logistical costs (actual initial shipping costs, cost of the provided return label, and any additional fees billed by the carrier in case of an unclaimed package or incorrect address).

  • Individual Customers : Refund of the balance to the payment method used for the purchase.
  • Business Customers : Priority refund of the balance as a STORE CREDIT. Monetary refunds remain at the discretion of Ironbale.

🛡️ 6. Quality Guarantee (Major Defects)
If you notice a critical defect not mentioned in our tolerance policy (Grade C, major indelible stain ):

  • You have 3 working days after reception to report it to us with photos.
  • Solution : Depending on the severity, we will issue an immediate store credit, a partial refund for the item, or a replacement, without requiring the complete return of the Box.

🚫 7. Return Exceptions (Grade B & C)
In accordance with quality expectations, commercial claims and returns for "wear and tear defects" do not apply to lots explicitly sold as "Grade B" or "Grade C".
These lots are sold as-is.
(This clause does not preclude the 14-day legal right of withdrawal for individual consumers, whose return shipping costs for the entire lot remain their responsibility).
