When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. IRONBALE reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until IRONBALE has confirmed its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as IRONBALE may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Your purchases can be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) and our Refund Policy, which notably provide for the strict deduction of logistical costs (return label and additional carrier fees) from the final amount refunded.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your professional, personal, or domestic use in accordance with the terms of sale.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be indicated in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our site are indicated in Euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping and handling fees, as well as any potential geographic surcharges (related, for example, to deliveries outside of Metropolitan France, or to specific zones such as Corsica or mountain areas) are not systematically included in the product prices displayed on the store. All applicable delivery costs will be calculated based on your destination address and clearly displayed during the checkout stage, before the final validation of your order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Transfer of risks :
For business customers (B2B), the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you at the moment we hand over the products to the carrier.
For individual customers (B2C), this risk is transferred to you only at the moment you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the products, in accordance with current French legislation.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including, but not limited to, all registered trademarks, trade names, texts, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audios, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the property of IRONBALE, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by French and international patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

IRONBALE is powered by Shopify. However, the sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with IRONBALE. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and IRONBALE.

You may not transfer or assign this Agreement without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations without notice.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French laws, without however depriving consumers residing in another Member State of the European Union of the protection provided to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution, and failing an amicable agreement :

For business customers (B2B) : exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of the jurisdiction of IRONBALE's registered office.

For individual customers (B2C) : in accordance with the Consumer Code, you have the possibility to resort free of charge to a mediation procedure with CM2C (https://www.cm2c.net) after a prior written approach to our customer service. In the event of failed mediation, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts according to the rules of consumer law.

The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
