- Preparation : Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours maximum.
- Bulletproof Packaging : We use high-resistance double-wall cardboard boxes and reinforced sealing. Your goods are protected; you will never receive a torn-open box.

We work with trusted express carriers to give you total control :
- Speed : After shipping, delivery is generally the next day before 6 PM in Metropolitan France and within 48 business hours for Europe.
- Real-Time Tracking : You know exactly where your package is, step by step.
- Total Flexibility : Not home? Reschedule the delivery up to 7 days in advance, or redirect it to a Pick-up Point or a neighbor.
👕 The "Out of the Box" Tip
To optimize transport, our clothes are compacted.
They will inevitably arrive wrinkled.
Pro Tip : No need to iron for hours.
A simple machine wash (gentle cycle) followed by drying is usually enough to remove storage dust and unwrinkle the garment so it's ready for sale.

⚠️ SPECIAL RECEPTION CONDITIONS
What to do if your package is damaged ?
We take the utmost care in packaging your lots (reinforced boxes, anti-theft tape).
If your package arrives damaged, crushed, or opened :

IMPERATIVELY issue a detailed reservation to the delivery driver before signing (e.g., "box open on the side", "torn package").
Warning : The simple mention "subject to unpacking" has no legal value for carriers.
Without a specific reservation, the carrier will consider the package perfect and will reject any fault. -
Contact us strictly within 24 hours of reception with photos of the box and the shipping label (via the Contact Page or by replying to our email).
Why 24 hours ?
We're not trying to trap you.
Carriers only give us a maximum of 3 days to open a dispute.
Therefore, we need your information immediately to defend you and obtain a refund !
Unclaimed packages :
If you do not pick up your package at the Pick-up Point within the allotted time, or if the provided address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us.
In this case, the entirety of the logistical costs billed by the carrier (actual initial shipping costs, return costs, and any additional holding fees) will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Returns : Simple and regulated

It's simple and subject to our General Terms and Conditions (note : for business customers, purchases of Grade B and C lots are final and non-refundable).

In order to guarantee you the best logistical rate, the exact cost of this label (and any potential home pick-up surcharges) will be directly deducted from your final refund.
